Delete Your Catalyst Account
You can permanently delete your Catalyst account and associated data at any time, directly in the app or by email. This page explains both methods, what is deleted, and what may be retained.
Option 1 — Delete in the app
- Open the Catalyst app
Sign in if you aren't already.
- Go to your Profile
Tap the Profile tab, then open Account & security.
- Select Delete Account
It's at the bottom of the Account & security screen.
- Confirm deletion
Confirm twice. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email us from the email address associated with your Catalyst account and request account deletion. We respond within 30 days.

Delete some data without deleting your account
You can disconnect a linked financial account at any time in Catalyst settings. Disconnecting stops further syncing, deletes the holdings and transactions synced from that account from Catalyst systems, and revokes our access authorization for that account at the aggregation provider. You can also revoke access directly with the aggregation provider or your financial institution.
